These terms govern your use of the Cluster service. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Cluster service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use this service for personal or business purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license, you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the service
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
  • Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service

Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Ensuring your account information remains up to date

Payment Terms

All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We accept payments via Card, Bank Transfer, USSD, and Wallet. You agree to pay all charges incurred by your use of the service. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service.

We may update pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use of the service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of I-Bitron Technologies and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the service: in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law; to transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable; to impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company or other users; to engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the service; or to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall I-Bitron Technologies, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. We will notify users of any material changes via email or prominent notice on our service.
